3. Our role
By submitting your assessment, you authorise us to share your details with solicitor firms from our panel who may contact you regarding probate services. We earn a referral fee from the solicitor if you proceed to instruct them. This does not affect the solicitor's independence or their professional obligations to you.
4. No guarantee of match
While we endeavour to match every applicant with a suitable solicitor, we cannot guarantee that a match will always be available or that a solicitor will take on your matter.
5. Limitation of liability
Apply for Probate shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on information contained herein, or any services provided by a solicitor introduced through our service. Any contract for legal services is between you and the solicitor directly.
